The Journey Within: A Meditation Practice Day 13

This morning I felt an energetic layer that had risen to the surface to be worked through and let go of. With a little time and patience, I was able to work through the layers using a tool called Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping. 

And let me tell you… it felt magical reframing concepts and letting go of what didn’t serve me! Plus, this tool helped invite concepts into my space that do serve me now! I’m ever so grateful for this practice!

Using EFT also helped me get into a receptive space where I could give my mind a break and allow myself to feel and experience the innate connection that I (and all of us) have with our core selves.

After taking a break to nourish myself, I found a comfortable place in my home and set my intention to meditate for twenty minutes.

Closing my eyes, I took a big deep breath in and let everything else out that didn’t serve me. In my natural ebb and flow of breath, I caught my mind trying to hold on with an assortment of thoughts. 

Gently and with love, I ushered my mind to the back of the room and gave it something to hold onto – such as the sound of the 528 Hz Golden Om Theta meditation music I was listening to.

Afterwards I found myself in the space of such comfort and love. I felt my heart space glowing brightly as well as every muscle in my body relax further.

In my mind’s eye, I noticed what looked like a photo being developed. The photo was in the process of being taken out of the water and hung to dry. I strongly felt this photo was the image and feeling of a goal that I was in the process of creating.

I felt my right foot tingle in affirmation as well as a beautiful glowing light energy surround and flow through me! I felt as though anything was possible – including that of which I put my focus on! And it certainly is!

In my practice with law of attraction, there’s a moment where you decide what you want to experience. Next, you focus on how it feels to have that experience. And then it’s time to step back and allow the experience to unfold.

I feel so much gratitude for the process I utilized to get back into alignment with my true self!  Doing so helped me be in a receptive space to experience what unfolded during my meditation with ease. A deeper understanding that it’s all developing (or unfolding) in the best way possible for everyone involved!
